It is important to remember that DPFs can be full OR blocked. A normal DPF will be full after between 100k and 150k miles. The vehicle manufacturers view the DPF as a service item that needs replaced at this point. No amount of cleaning fluids or regenerations will get round this, it either needs replaced or removed and cleaned back to new with our process.
